| Description | sealed bids will be received and publicly read by The Board of Education, East Islip Union Free School District, Town of Islip, Suffolk County, New York All bids must be submitted to the Office of the School Purchasing Agent on or before the date of opening in a sealed envelope, bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder and the title of the bid. Any bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered. Bid prices shall be irrevocable for a minimum period of forty-five (45) days from the date of the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to award contracts which, in its judgment, are in the best interest of the school district.
