| Description | Upgrade its Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS)located at the Albert J. Ellis Airport in Richlands NC. Provide for a replacement PARCS system that uses barcode technology along with a robust ticket transport and read/write devices to minimize system failures and overall maintenance costs. This will be a complete replacement of the current parking access and revenue control system (PARCS) for Albert J. Ellis Airport (OAJ) including conversion of 1 entrance lane into a credit card only exit lane (parallel to existing exit lane), and the addition of a pay on foot station in terminal. The proposal should also include any recommendations to the current system. |
