Mosquito Road at South Fork American River Bridge Replacement Project

Site Directions: South Project Site access, take Highway 50 to Placerville, California. Exit Mosquito Road. Travel approximately 5 miles North on Mosquito Road to the Project Site above the South Fork American River. Project Site is on the North and South sides of the South Fork American River. Vehicles and equipment larger than a 1 ton pickup can not access the North side of the Project across the existing Mosquito Bridge. North Project Site Access, take Highway 50 to Placerville, California. Exit Spring Street/Highway 49 and travel North approximately 0.8 miles to Highway 193. Travel North on Highway 193 approximately 3.1 miles to Rock Creek Road. Travel East on Rock Creek Road approximately 8.8 miles to Mosquito Cutoff Road. Travel East on Mosquito Cutoff Road approximately 1 mile to Mosquito Road. Travel South on Mosquito Road approximately 1.6 miles to North Project Site above the South Fork American River.
