Releases of petroleum from this facility have resulted in soil and groundwater contamination at on-site and off-site locations. The Kentucky Division of Waste Management, Underground Storage Tank Branch is requesting a site investigation at this facility. Site investigation tasks include borehole geophysical logging, overburden and bedrock monitoring well installations, karst hydrogeologic inventory, dye tracer study, and groundwater monitoring. |
