| Description | PY2021 Weatherization Assistance Program contract. For energy-related installs on westside NYC. Work includes, but not limited to: BPI certified quality control inspector for post-inspections; perform energy audits on MF residential buildings; replace/repair doors, windows; pipe & roof insulation; roof repair; duct BR cleaning; install water/energy conservation devices; install hard-wired lighting; infiltration & air sealing measures; ASHRAE 62.2; install A/C units, smoke & CO detectors, lo-flo showerheads/aerators, LED bulbs & other weatherization-related materials. 2) Fiscal consultant – must be a CPA or have a MBA. Perform all aspects of agency accounting, financial statements & tax services using accrual-basis accounting |
