Description

Work consists of Parking Lot and Site Utility Improvements at the MDOT Glen Burnie Branch located at 6601 Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie, MD 21062. i. The work to be performed under this contract consists of but is not limited to furnishing the necessary skilled personnel, supervision, tools, materials and equipment to perform improvements and upgrades to deteriorated curbs and sidewalks around the building; improvement of drainage outlets, installing full depth pavement, detectable warning surfaces, manholes, asphalt milling and resurfacing, replacing light poles, remarking parking lines, reconfigured driver test courses, powered gated entrances to employee parking lot, removal and replacement of transformers and electrical switchgear, upgrades in the main building electrical room, provide water distribution piping and related components outside the building for water service and other miscellaneous repairs.
