Janitorial Services For Various City Buildings

The City of Jacksonville, Public Buildings Division and Jacksonville Public Library have a current requirement to obtain janitorial services as outlined in the bid documents provided for various City buildings and libraries. The basis of award will be by evaluated criteria. The intent is to provide a blanket order to cover an initial five-month period based on the monthly price. The Contractor shall continue in service based on its level of performance meeting the intent of the specification. The initial term of agreement will commence upon execution of the Contract and will continuefor a three (3) year period. Buyer will have the option to renew such agreement for up to one (1) additional one (1) year terms upon satisfactory performance by Contractor. The Contract is subject to early termination as set forth elsewhere in this RFP.
