Description

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, etc. to provide improvements to the equestrian park entrance off Brownsville Road and install a full-size equestrian arena near the existing barn. A pedestrian / equestrian bridge will be constructed to provide access over Sweetwater Creek. The project will also include additional parking for standard vehicles and horse trailers and a restroom will be located near the arena and existing barn.
