| Description | All buildings are to be demolished including concrete slabs and foundations. Areas where buildings and covered walkways are removed are to be backfilled with compacted earth fill and graded to be level with adjacent surfaces and in a manner to provide positive drainage. Removal of walkways and asphalt are also included in the bid specifications. Material to be demolished shall be removed from site and disposed of off site in a legal landfill. |
