The Newark Board of Education utilizes EC Sourcing Group's Flex RFP for electronic submission. Instructions for registering are obtainable beginning Thursday, September 8, 2022 through the Newark Board of Education website. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C 17:27-1 et seq. Award of contracts will be supported by federal funds including the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund and the American Rescue Plan Act. The Board of Education reserves the right, in accordance with applicable law, to reject any or all bids and waive non-material irregularities in a proposal. |
