| Description | Following is the scope of work: Demolition, removal, and proper disposal of exiting heat pumps at the identified units at Orness Plaza. Contractor to supply, install, and startup new heat pumps in the identified units at Orness Plaza per manufacturers specification. Existing supply/return air ducting, power supply, water in/out, system control, and condensate lines shall be utilized when installing the new unit. Any reconfiguration or replacement of faulty existing connections to the new heat pump are considered incidental to installation of the new heat pump. The bidder shall submit the proposal accompanied with the Invitation to Bid document prepared by the City of Mankato. Site investigation will be available during the bid period with 24-hour notice so Tenants can be notified of Contractor site visit. |
