Document Type: Pre-solicitation Notice Classification Code Y --- Construction of Structures and Facilities Set Aside: Small Business NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The USPFO for Ohio intends to issue an Invitation for Bid to award a single firm fixed-price contract for complete renovation of Building 1 at 220th Zanesville. The current building is nominally 15,500 SF in size and has the capabilities to support the 220th Engineering Installation Squadron's command, administrative, and engineering functions. The entire building will be renovated to include architectural improvements, asbestos abatement, new mechanical and electrical systems, new roof, etc. Minor exterior site improvements will be required. The contract duration is estimated to be 330 calendar days after issuance of notice to proceed (NTP). This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $39,500,000.001. The magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Your attention is directed to FAR Clause 52.219-14 (e) (3) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING (DEVIATION 2021-O0008). The TENTATIVE date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 08 August 2022. The TENTATIVE date for the pre-bid conference/site visit is on-or-about 18 August 2022, 10:00AM EST; location will be in solicitation, as well as ACTUAL date. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference.
