Render Professional Services for Civil Engineering, Surveying and Mapping Services

The scope of engineering and surveying services may include, but is not limited to the following: 1. Perform topographic surveying. 2. Provide title research reports. 3. Perform property surveying. 4. Perform title updates. 5. Perform right-of-way (R/W) surveying and mapping. Present in AutoCAD format. 6. Perform construction surveying/layout and record drawing surveying. 7. Prepare easements and subsequent recording of documents. 8. Civil engineering design and survey work to support road reconstruction, shared use path, drainage, City Park and utility construction projects. 9. Prepare and obtain required permitting for engineering projects. 10. Perform Traffic study and analysis reports. Gather traffic count data. 11. Attend and assist with City Council meeting and open house presentations as related to projects. 12. Perform Engineering design and survey work for Tahiti Dr. and Jamaica Dr. Area Drainage Improvements. 13. Perform Engineering design and survey work for East Rocks Area Drainage Improvements. 14. Assisting the City with responding to public concerns and comments. 15. Other civil engineering and surveying services as requested by the City
