Trade Labor for Village of Irvington Projects - Electrical

The Village of Irvington is seeking qualified contractors to provide labor in certain trades in order to complete various construction projects. The provided labor will be scheduled and overseen by the Village's construction manager in the performance of the work. Interested bidders may bid on one or more of the individual trades. However, separate contracts will be awarded for each of the seven trades identified below and in these specifications. Project Numbers: 2023-05, 2023-06 The work consists of seven individual contract packages. Each bidder is to submit a single bid with prices and costs of the contract packages of their choice. The bidder must be fully qualified to perform the work and provide the labor for each contract price upon which a bid is submitted. Each contract package will be evaluated and awarded separately. Bid Proposal Form(s) must be submitted in a sealed envelope and distinctly marked with the name of the bidder and the date and time of the bid. Bids may be delivered or mailed to the attention of Karen Buccheri, Secretary to the Village Administrator, on or before the bid opening time and date specified. The Village of Irvington reserves the right to waive any information in the bids, or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw its bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The prices quoted are to remain in effect until the NYS Prevailing Wage Rate schedules are updated or 1 year from the date of acceptance, whichever is earlier. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding if it be in the Owner's interest to do so.
