Description

Construction of a concrete driveway and site preparation for a garage structure adjacent to the parking lot between the Union Pacific rail line and Jandus Road. This project will also require the removal of the curb and gutter and a tree, and grass restoration in the area of the improvements. The relocation of the street and electric service is not included in these contract documents.
