Description

The existing window installations, systems, framing, and components at the Spa Creek Bridge Tender’s House are aged and failing. To restore the Bridge Tender’s House Envelope to waterproof condition, the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) is considering bids to replace the windows, and window in-fill, as described in Section VIII. The completed work shall include all ancillary products and assemblies needed to deliver an integrated, complete, and operable installation at the Building
