Remove failing OSB, dirt & debris, Bleach clean rigid insulation as required, repair any damage to insulation then fully adhere matching, 5/8” OSB to rigid insulation. Replace (1) 4’ x 8’ sheet of ¾” plywood roof sheathing on existing trusses. Replace (1) 10’ length of seamless gutter to match existing. Replace 2 x 4 pressure treated wood blocking at Wolverton’s parapet wall. |
