Owners Representative - New Fire Station

Owner’s Representative shall assist the City in finalizing the program and budget for the Project and manage the design process for the City. The Project space needs analysis has been projected between 22,000 and 23,000 sq ft. and the total Project budget is set at $16,500,000.00. Proposal may be amended and/or withdrawn prior to proposal opening time. Proposals may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the submission deadline. Proposals are prepared and submitted at the sole cost and expense of the respondent and shall become property of the City. Proposal documents will not be returned. Deadline for Submitting Questions Thursday, January 11, 2024 The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, or to negotiate with respondents on the scope of the project, fees, timelines, and all other components of the project, when it is in the best interest of the City, whether the proposal was deemed to be in the lowest cost.
