| Description | Tear off old 3 tabs. In stall 7/16” osb. New Ice and snow guard in valley’s and bottom perimeter. New 35 yr architectural shingles. New flashing around utilities, vents, and chimney. New water barrier with new 2” roof edge. Permit required. Remove old gutters install new seamless and downs. Add exterior light to rear porch. Pull power from interior porch light and switch that already exist in conduit. Switched so both lights come on at same time. |
