Description

The City has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant for upgrade of the main supply water line and local water lines along S. Main Street from the golf course to Leaning Chimney Drive (the northern intersection). Due to the current economic situation and supply chain challenges, the City desires to purchase the major supplies separately to minimize schedule impacts to the Contractor. Since CDBG and GEFA loan money is being used for this project, materials are being competitively purchased through this ITB.
