Bennett Park Redevelopment - Forsyth County

As of October 5, 2022, this project is in the design phase. Information regarding a design team and the contractor selection has not been disclosed. The Forsyth County Procurement Department will accept the following: Architectural & Engineering Services to provide Master Planning of site and Construction Documents for athletic facilities with associated support facilities for: 1) Denmark Park 2) Sharon Springs Park 3) Bennett Park Firms are not required to propose on all parks listed, and the county reserves the right to award the parks separately. Award of proposal will be made at a later date. Forsyth County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. Anticipated construction cost: Denmark Park $12,000,000.00; Sharon Springs Park $8,500.000.00; and Bennett Park $8,500,00.00.
