Plans call for five, 4-story apartment buildings with a clubhouse. The project includes sitework, fencing, retaining walls, swimming pool and all finishes. As of February 13, 2023, Hawkins Cos. has obtained $56 million in construction financing for the development. Preleasing is scheduled to begin in spring 2024, with completion slated for May 2025. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 11-16-2022. New specs, labeled Bid Specifications 11-17-2022, have been issued. RFI's 005 and 006 have been issued as of 12-1-2022. RFI#15 has been issued as of 12-2-2022. RFI #008 Showroom Office Finishes has been uploaded as of 12-5-2022. RFI's #2, 11, 12, 14, & 17 have been issued as of 12-6-2022.
