Description

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) is seeking quotes from qualified Suppliers for delivery and set-up of temporary office and workspace trailers for Ferry employees while a new permanent facility is under construction. The project scope is not intended to be all inclusive, but instead defines the Authority's minimum expectations and requirements. The proposed units will need to meet the minimum requirements and required services as described below: 1. ADA Compliant Office Trailer should contain: a. 3 to 4 offices with bathroom facilities. Minimum of three (3) 144SF separate offices, b. Minimum of 225SF common meeting area, c. Minimum of one (1) unisex restroom, d. HVAC system, e. Water, f. Electricity. Complete 115v 1-PH electrical supply including meter installation if necessary, g. Plumbing. Complete potable water supply including approved BFP and meter, h. External waste tanks. This will support the restroom and will include 2 dumps per week, i. Air Conditioning, l. ADA ramp must be included, k. Supplier shall submit floor plan with quote. 2. Workspace Trailer should contain: a. Minimum of 320SF of weatherproof trailer/container, b. Electricity- ll5v l-PH with lighting and Ten (10) evenly spaced duplex receptacles, c. Capable of housing work bench, power tools and some storage space. d. Supplier shall submit floor plan with quote. 3. Delivery, set-up, and take-down of office space to include anchoring system. 4. Pull any necessary permits required for temporary buildings. 5. Establish electrical/waste water connections.
