Description

To improve the air quality and operating efficiency at the library, East Granby Library Association is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to facilitate the replacement of the current HVAC system in operation. The overall goal of the project is to install an HVAC system that will accept high-quality air filters and other devices to improve the air quality in the building. Building controls need to be upgraded to allow for more efficient operation of the system. The system needs to be responsive to year-round temperature fluctuations in the workplace. The current system is comprised of the following: 1. 6 air handling units 2. 6 condensers 3. 10 reheat coils 4. 2 pumps 5. 1 boiler 6. Building control systems
