Description | The City is looking for design and installation of both primary and secondary wayfinding signs. All designs must meet the Texas Department of Public Transportation (TxDOT) minimum requirements for signs located along all TxDOT or City right-of-way. Respondent must provide a minimum of three (3) designs for each sign category as identified below: a) Primary Directional Signs b) Secondary Directional Signs The work Consists of a) Create and provide final full construction drawings and specifications for primary and secondary directional signs. b) Coordinate sign approvals through TxDOT and the City of Rosenberg. c) Prepare a final sign design schedule and site map of all signs for final approval d) Obtain approval and all required permits from TxDOT, Fort Bend County and the City of Rosenberg. e) Finalize and negotiate siting of the signs. f) Work with the City of Rosenberg’s Public Works Director and Economic Development Director to site the signs. g) Develop and deliver a project manual including maintenance instructions, service contract information, as-built drawings for each type of sign and installation photos of each sign. h) Deliver a five-year warranty from defective materials and workmanship. |
