Description

HVAC Upgrades at Kingsford Heights Elementary School. Scope of work will include chiller replacement, heat exchanger replacement, installing new hot water piping throughout building, installing reheat coils in the existing air handling units, installing several new air handling units, installing two new rooftop units, and an upgrade or replacement of the existing building automation system. Note that due to supply chain issues and long lead times for equipment, the Owner has already purchased the chiller and rooftop units found in the Drawings. This equipment is expected to arrive in Spring of 2023 and the selected contractor will be responsible for taking delivery and the subsequent installation of this equipment.
