Description

Project scope includes removal and reconstruction of two exterior stairs, asphalt pavement overlay and minor repair, and an Additive Alternate to providing a permanent, ADA compliant ramp for access to the front door. The existing asphalt pavement with be cleaned and prepared for a new surface overlay. At the front entrance, Additive Alternate No. 1 proposes the existing demountable ramp will be removed, and non-compliant section of sidewalk also removed to replace these with a permanent, ADA compliant access ramp from the parking area to the front door. Minor concrete patching at the other front door is also indicated as part of Additive Alternate No. 1.
