Remove existing roofing system down to the existing metal decking and install a new fully adhered metal roof system with a minimum 20-year warranty. Install all new insulation, membrane, flashings, parapet wall caps, scuppers, downspouts, and permanent fall arrest anchors. The building is tenant occupied. 5% bid bond is required of all bidders. Bid bond must be present for bid to be read or considered. A contract performance bond, and Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required of the successful bidder. |
