HVAC Replacement Project

A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Replacement of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment and replacement of interior lighting fixtures, ceiling tile, grid, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a MULTIPLE PRIME LUMP SUM CONTRACT. The Bethlehem Area School District will receive sealed bids for the below-mentioned HVAC Replacement projects in the form of multiple prime lump sum contracts Miller Heights Elementary School, 3605 Allen Street, Bethlehem, PA 18020 Buchanan Elementary School, 1621 Catasauqua Road, Bethlehem, PA 18017 Hanover Elementary School, 3890 Jacksonville Road, Bethlehem, PA 18017 This Project is subject to the Federal Davis-Bacon Act, Approved March 3, 1931, 40 U.S.C. 3141-3148, as amended and supplemented, and reference is made to the wage rates applicable to this Project. Bids shall conform to all requirements as more fully set forth in the Contract Documents, including, inter alia, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: which contract you are bidding on, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and fax numbers, and email address.
