Pre-Qualification Notice Date: April 23, 2022. AHCB has been selected as the CMR for the Terminal 5 Landside & Parking Improvements project at O'Hare International Airport. The Bid Package 8 includes the following: Trade Package 20 Site Utilities generally includes all work associated with the site storm and sanitary sewer systems in addition to a watermain extension including all excavation and backfill. Trade Package 21 Asphalt and Concrete Paving generally includes all work associated with the selective site demolition, asphalt and concrete paving, pavement markings, site signage and grading. Trade Package 22 Landscaping, Fencing and Sidewalks generally includes all work associated with the landscaping, irrigation, stabilized aggregate paving, concrete sidewalks, decorative metal fencing and gates and site furnishings. Prequalification with AHCB is required prior to Bid Submission and to perform work on this project.
