Questions should be addressed to the Procurement Manager in writing by July 21, 2022. Bidders are to submit their bid in a clearly marked sealed envelope. The clearly marked sealed envelope shall include the bid number and description listed above. Make sure the shipping envelope has bid number listed clearly on the outside as well. The City of Bowling Green, Kentucky is not responsible for the premature opening of, or the failure to open, a sealed bid not properly addressed or identified. Bidders are invited to be present for the opening of the bids submitted. In the event of a calculation error on the bid form, unit price shall prevail. Prior to entering into a contract with the City of Bowling Green, the successful bidder(s) must provide a Certificate of Insurance showing proof of insurance, which meets or exceeds requirements set forth in Standard Hold Harmless & Indemnification Clause, And Insurance Requirements Form-GS1.
