Watershed III Drainage Improvements - Phase II (Carolwood Drive and Banyan Drive)

The Project consists of a base bid and one alternate bid. Base Bid: Drainage improvements including approximately 690linear feet of 7’x4’ reinforced concrete box culverts (RCBC), 460 linear feet of5’x4’ RCBC, 55 linear feet of 24”&36” RCP, concrete rip rap,7inlets,1junctionboxes and miscellaneous items. Roadway improvements include approximately 702square yards of HMAC pavement reconstruction, 1,241 square yards of new concrete pavement and sub grade, driveway replacement, curbs, sidewalks, surface restoration and miscellaneous items. SAWS water, SAWS sewer and CPS gas are also included as part of the project.Additive Alternate Bid1consists of drain-age improvements including approximately 200 linear feet of 5’x4’ RCBC, 83 linear feet of 36”&42” RCP,3inlets,1junctionbox, roadway items, and miscellaneous items. SAWS water and SAWS sewer are also included as part of the project.
