Eagle Point Parkway and Medical Center Drive - Phase 1

Installation of subgrade lime stabilization, asphalt stabilized base, cement treated base, compacted select fill, storm inlets and HDPE storm lines, storm detention/retention holding ponds and outfall structures, cement treated base, 8-inch reinforced concrete pavement and curb, 9-inch continually reinforced concrete pavement and curb, water lines, sanitary sewer lines, and other associated work, traffic control signs & markings, erosion control devices, seeding, and performing site restoration and cleaning up the project for Eagle Point Parkway & Medical Center Drive Phase 1 within the City of Orange. Entire Project shall be completed within 180 total days.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Precast Concrete.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Piping, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Force Mains, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Structures, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs, Storm Drainage Structures.
