(d) Disclosure of the magnitude of construction project: Seed project between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Disclosure of magnitude of construction for each individual task order shall be stated with the request for proposal for each task order. All task orders issued under the MATOC will be for work to be performed at the following VA Medical Centers: VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System / University Drive and Heinz facilities in Pittsburgh PA; VA Erie Medical Center located in Erie PA, and VA Butler Health Care Center located in Butler PA. Work shall include, but is not limited to, health care construction projects; new hospital construction; hospital renovations; projects generally associated with the maintenance and expansion of hospital campuses. A comprehensive list of items required for performance shall be furnished by the Government and identified within the solicitation.
