Codable Keyless Keypad Door Locks & Installation

This contract will provide the Education Service Line with 2 Coded Keyless Door Locks, to include the ability to enter a numbered code for entry, to replace existing keyed locks on two separate doors in the facility. The coded key-pad replacements shall be placed on training area doors in locations, Room 2B-285 (2nd floor) and 5B-215 (5th floor). Contractor is to meet or exceed what is required by this statement of work to complete the requirement. All new work shall be maintained in a clean condition. The work shall be properly secured, consistent in quality, fit and installation, repair and servicing. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, testing, transportation, and any other materials or services necessary to provide and install the coded keypads.
