Description

MSTU/Assessment needs resurfacing of approximately 4.05 miles of minor local road section in the Cedar Hills Subdivision. MCU needs installation of gravity sanitary sewer, sanitary services and road and driveway restoration. This project involves resurfacing of approximately 4.05 miles of minor local road sections in the Cedar Hills Subdivision. Resurfacing work is to include pavement preparation, crack sealing, leveling, shoulder removal, minor clearing and grubbing, temporary striping, permanent thermoplastic striping, and stabilizing all areas disturbed during construction. Project also involves the installation of a forced water main originating from an existing Water Treatment Plant to SE 38th Street. Actual route shown on attached plan set. CONTRACT TERM This contract will be in effect for 90 days from the date of the NOTICE TO PROCEED. The NOTICE TO PROCEED will not be issued until all required documentation is received by the COU (FY 20/21-765CED553) last day for Questions (LDQ) 05/18/2022 PROJECT BUDGET/FUNDING SOURCE: $1,090,708.00
