Description

Engineers estimate $497,827.50 Each Bid must separately state the amount bid for both labor and material and shall contain the full name or names of the party or parties making the same. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the full amount of the Bid or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit in an amount equal to ten percent of the Bid, as designated in Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Bid Guarantee shall be furnished as surety that if the Bid Proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and the performance of said Construction will be secured within the specified time. Bid Guarantees will be retained until a contract is properly executed by the successful bidder. Bids together with the Bid Guarantee must be sealed in an envelope and endorsed.
