| Description | The City of McHenry is soliciting bids for the Petersen Park Parking Lot Rehabilitation. The proposed improvements include: pavement removal, base preparation, hot-mix asphalt binder and surface course, pavement markings, and other necessary and incidental work. The City, in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that the contract(s) entered into pursuant to this Notice will be awarded to the successful Bidders without discrimination on the ground of race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, familial status or national origin. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or to accept the submittal(s) deemed most advantageous to the City. |
