Water and Power Locker Room Remodel Project

The scope of work includes all work described in this spec and also what is shown in the construction documents, but is not limited to the following items: i. EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS I. Provide new ADA Parking. II. Scrape for level surface and slurry parking lot and provide new ADA parking stripping for 2 stalls. III. Provide new exterior metal stair case to existing Mezzanine with new metal steel columns, concrete threads, and concrete landing. IV. Provide new concrete pads and new condenser HVAC split units. V. Provide new electrical sub panel. VI. New metal awnings VII. Provide pressure wash and new paint to all exterior of building. ii. INTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS I. Remove and scrape off existing tile flooring at Men's locker room. II. Sawcut and remove concrete slab for new concrete slab and new ceramic tile flooring at Men's & Women's shower and restrooms area. III. Remove and provide new walls and new fur walls at all exterior walls per renovation plan. IV. Renovation of area for Men's and Women's restroom/shower room. Demo and provide new toilet and shower plumbing fixtures, new toilet partitions, toilet accessories, signage, new thresholds, new doors, new glazing at existing windows, tankless water heater, floor drains, shower fixtures, re-piping, and new ceiling framing work.
