West Side Downtown Riverwalk

Work under this contract shall consist of excavation and grading, removals, structures, installation of river wall (modular Blocks supplied by Owner), rip rap, installation of tree pit, pervious pavers, base aggregate dense, concrete pavement, concrete curb & gutter, concrete sidewalk, hot mix asphalt pavement, storm sewer, storm drainage system, topsoil, erosion control, cable railing, landscaping, lighting, traffic control, removal & reinstallation of pedestrian bridge, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract.
