Christian Ott Elementary Secure Entry Remodel

This project consists of the following work at Christian Ott Elementary: Interior renovations of existing admin and classroom spaces (approx. 2,500sqft), Exterior building renovations for a new front entry., Exterior site work associated with new concrete ADA ramp and stairs. Minor repairs to existing asphalt parking lot. Building wide gutter and downspout replacement.
