Description | As of March 23, 2023. The project has been awarded with the amount of $914,144.08. Perry Middle Parking Lot Expansion and Reconstruction E-Verify Requirement: All bidders shall provide their signed E-Verify affidavit with their bid. Bids will not be considered without the Contractor affidavit. The successful bidder is responsible for obtaining a signed E-verify affidavit from their Subcontractors and Sub- subcontractors. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Work to be Done: The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct Perry Middle Parking Lot Expansion & Reconstruction for the Houston County School District as shown on the plans. Construction shall consist of grading, curbing, storm drain, paving, and striping. License: The Bidder shall hold a current Contractor's License issued by the Georgia State Construction Industry License Board Bonds: All bid bonds must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder, if awarded the Contract, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. This project will adhere to City of Perry Specifications The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to re-advertise. BIDDER agrees to commence work under this Agreement on or before a date to be specified in a written Notice to Proceed of the OWNER and to fully complete the work before July 15, 2020. |
