Fire Station 1: Restroom And Locker Room Renovations - FA-02N - City of Rochester Hills

Complete renovation of both men's and women's locker rooms as well as renovation of public men's and women's restrooms. All items are original (30 years) to these areas for the exception of the stalls, counter tops, showers, and sinks. (12-15 years) The intent of these renovations is to make these areas low maintenance, make similar to areas that were renovated during the original fire stations construction projects in 2015 and 2017, and provide facilities that are safe, energy efficient, and well maintained. Construction is planned to begin in 2024. As of April 21, 2022, this project is included City of Rochester Hills FY 2022-2027 Budget CIP> Information regarding the design team and contractor selection has not been disclosed. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
