Housing Rehabilitation - Soffit, Fascia, Gutters, Front Door, and Steps (Angel)

Tuck point the existing chimney, securing old bricks in place. Address any issues on the top chimney cap for any deficiencies that may let water penetrate. Remove any rotted, sagging, or broke soffits around the house. Repair any fascia that is damaged or rotted. Install vented aluminum soffits and aluminum fascia on the entire house in white. Install new gutters and downspouts with 6’ tail pipes diverting water run off away from the foundation. Remove concrete landing and steps at the front door and back door of house. Construct new landing and steps at both locations, with appropriate handrails out of treated wood. Will need footing/postholes on both landings. The landing and stairs are precast concrete now. The front landing and steps will need a support column to carry a roof load. Remove Front exterior door and screen door. Installed a new steel door with double bore for new handle and deadbolt. Install storm door similar to old storm door. Building permit is required for all the above work.
