Bunce Hall Alteration Phase 2

The scope of work consists of, but not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Bunce Hall Alterations, Phase 2. 2. All contract work involved to accomplish this task. 3. Contractor shall schedule and coordinate all work activities with Rowan University. 4. Contractor must follow all OSHA and Rowan safety guidelines and procedures. 5. Contractor must bid the project to meet the schedule outlined in the bid documents which may include weekend and/or shift work. Contractor must staff the project accordingly to meet the schedule since the end date is firm. Rowan will not entertain change orders for contractor’s inability to meet this schedule or time extensions.

Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Demolition, Selective Demolition, Selective Interior Demolition.
Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
