Pump Maintenance, Repair and Installation Services

1. Providing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, supervision and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to repair pumps and related equipment like pump control valves and Hydraulic operated valves and related equipment. 2. The repair services shall not be limited to work on any one manufacturer’s pump. Under this contract, the contractor will be required to perform work on any or all of the various manufacturers’ pumps located in Baltimore City Facilities. 3. Work shall include installation and repairs of all types of valves i.e. cone valves, surge relief valves, check valves, gate valves, butterfly valves and altitude valves in pumping stations and associated elevated tanks and reservoirs. 4. Required service shall include rebuild or replace worn parts as needed. 5. Contractor shall make all required repairs, rebuilds, and/or replacements, as authorized by the City, both temporary and permanent, in order to keep all equipment in safe and reliable operating condition.
