Small Cell Infrastructure and Distributed Antenna System

University seeks to identify a neutral services provider that will invest in the necessary infrastructure to support the higher volumes at selected venues while also providing the campus with coverage to accommodate daily utilization of cellular services. More specifically described in Section 5.4 (Scope of Work) of this Request for Proposal (RFP), including a vendor to establish and enhance the campus’ cellular phone services infrastructure. Such infrastructure will include 1) expansion of underground conduits, 2) establishing a neutral host DISTRIBUTED ANTENNA SYSTEM (DAS) for the University’s athletic and special events venues, and 3) installing a SMALL CELL ANTENNA (SCA) system around the main campus.
