10 South Brentwood Boulevard - Police Department Training Room

The Scope of Work consists of the modifying existing file storage space to create a training facility for the Clayton Police Department. Modifications include demolition; constructing separtation between remaining file storage space to the south and new training space to the north; relocation of existing doors and installation of new doors; design-build modifications to existing Diakan HVAC system to meet new space cooling/heat demands; electric modifications to meet lighting and power needs; room finishes including but not limited to painting and carpeting; and other miscellaneous items to meet the A/V needs of the project. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workers performing under this Contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
