There are several EPA facilities located in the Cincinnati metropolitan area that require periodic disposal of 1) hazardous waste as defined by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), 2) wastes that are regulated under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), 3) certain Universal Waste, and 4) certain non-regulated wastes.
