High School Boiler Replacement - Randolph High School - GC

The Randolph Public Schools, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the High School Boiler Replacement in Randolph, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by NV5. This project includes the replacement of replacement of two gas fired steam boilers with an add alternate for a third plus the associated electrical and controls work. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be forwarded to josh.smith@nv5.com by 01/27/2023 at 3:00PM EST for general bids. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the RANDOLPH PUBLIC SCHOOLS. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Awarding Authority.
